PAPER has produced, on behalf of Kemper Development, an origami exhibit as part of the Bellevue Magic Season. During the month of December there will be many events and celebrations in downtown Bellevue in honor of the Christmas season. As part of the Snowflake Lane events, we mounted an exhibit in the Bellevue Place Winter Garden.
The folders participating in the exhibit include John Blackman, Giang Dinh, Faye Goldman, Jamie Kelley, Goran Konjevod, Mark Morden, Meenakshi Mukerji, Bernie Peyton, Arnold Tubis, and John Smiley. (more…)

This Sunday, November 15, is our next PAPER meeting. We will be gathering at the Redmond Public Library from 1-4 pm. I will be teaching my newest modular, Floating Stars, and a new Michael LaFosse butterfly, June’s Butterfly. Also, if we can work it out, we will view photos from PCOC.
Hope to see you on Sunday.

November will be a busy origami month with three events that PAPER will be participating in.
PCOC – November 5-8: PCOC will be held next weekend in San Francisco. Many of our PAPER group will be there participating in the classes and events. Look for photos of the conference here in a week or so.
PAPER meeting – November 15: Because PCOC is next Sunday, our November group meeting will be on the third Sunday of November. Revisit here in about a week for more information about the activities on the 15th.
Between the Folds – November 21: The Seattle premier of “Between the Folds” at the SIFF Theater at Seattle Center. PAPER will be teaching origami to the film-goers after the movie. We will have more details at the November 15 meeting.
We hope to see you at one or more of these events. Stay tuned for announcement of a special December event in Bellevue.
